Almost unheard of in the medical field, we schedule only one patient at a time. Specific appointment times are assigned according to the procedure type and individual requirements. If you cannot keep the scheduled appointment, there will be an open time slot in the doctor's schedule. Therefore, we require advance notice if you must cancel or change an appointment, or a fee will apply.

Cancellations or changes require 48 hours notice.

A note from Dr. Ramirez on appointments:

• I respect my patients and show this respect by treating them properly.
• I expect my patients will show our office the same courtesy by being on time for appointments.
• I know you are busy, and I work very hard not to keep you waiting. Since dentistry is not an exact science, unexpected variances in treatment may arise.
• I do occasionally have a procedure that becomes more difficult than originally expected, or I have to add an emergency patient to the schedule causing me to run late. Please understand these special needs for time and attention if you are kept waiting.
